Wood Pumpkins!

I made it without my hubby!!


Here are the pumpkins I made using landscape timbers! They are so easy! I just cut them down to size, painted them, sanded and added a stick from the yard and some raffia!! I love FALL! A Laundry Room Re-do

It's DIY day over at Kimba's and I finally have something to post!! I recently updated our laundry room with some much needed fresh paint to cover some 70's wood paneling! We are still renting as we look for our first home and our awesome landlord said she'd pay for the paint if I wanted to do anything to the house!! And our laundry room was first on the list! She also is going to pay for laminate wood flooring in the laundry room and kitchen and my dad is going to put them in!! YAY! So goodbye ugly red floor!
And that's why if you notice I didnt paint all the way behind the washer and dryer and to the side of it, I'm going to wait till they move them out to put the floors in to paint there!

How's it look!? Much better, I think! I still need to put another coat on the closet doors and the door to the bathroom. I may try to find some cheap knobs to put on the cabinets too, they kinda look plain!

Lucy.

This is Ms. Lucy, and she is the new addition to our little family. She is a basset hound and 16 weeks old. She's a handful at times, but T just loves playing with her!

It feels like it's been forever since I've updated! And I can't believe Thanksgiving is less than 3 weeks away! Craziness. We have three Thankgivings to go to, all in one day, so let's hope we can survive that!

Today is Friend Makin Monday's over at Amber's. The topic this week is to list a few things you can't live without! Hmmm. At the top of my list would of course be my family and faith, but after that would be:

• Diet Dr. Pepper, Some people drink coffee when they wake up..I drink pop. Yum.

• My LAPtop. LOVE it.
• My Dog!
• Mystery books
• Mcdonalds! Yea, I know.. I literally ate it EVERY day while I was pregnant. Not kidding.
